Cheese tasting at the Gostner Alm
At the Malga Gostner you will have the opportunity to make a fresh cheese from cow's milk. During the process, Franz will reveal all the secrets of the 'milk journey' from cow to cheese, while a comparison tasting will allow you to appreciate the various flavours of this raw material. As soon as the fresh cheese is ready, it will be poured into moulds and decorated. Of course, there will also be an opportunity to taste it.
